Managed Payroll

Don't stress over paying your people. Namely's Managed Payroll makes it effortless! 

We will handle the preparation and processing of your payrolls - both on cycle and off cycle. We will still rely on you to review the register and approve the payroll to make sure you are happy with everything before we start cutting checks and administering direct deposits - but the data entry and walking through the payroll wizard will all be handled by Namely. 

What it means for HR

  • Your dedicated payroll consultant will manage any payroll system configurations you need, and they are available to answer your questions and provide best practice guidance as needed. 

  • Namely will be doing baseline audit checks, reviewing reports, and offering an accuracy service level agreement so you can rest easy knowing your payroll is handled. 

  • Manage the distribution of payroll through checks, direct deposit or paycards.

  • When it comes to garnishments we will go a step further and help with the calculations based on disposable pay as well as priority order processing. 

  • Offload your administrative burden and let Namely handle the initial setup of your GL and ongoing maintenance changes as necessary.

Our new Project Services offering will help our clients with platform configurations, specialized projects or other business-critical tasks on an as-needed basis. 

We are designing it to be similar to an online shopping experience - so anytime you want something you can review the details and add it to your shopping cart and kick off a project. Stay tuned for the launch of the portal! 

What it means for HR

  • Whether you want us to take on your full revamp and configuration of new performance templates, or simply want help creating some custom workflows or roles and permissions we can give you the support you need when you need it. 

  • Most of these services will be purchased a la carte with a fixed fee. For example, you might be planning on moving into a new state and just want to engage project services to help with the new tax registration and setup. You can do a one time order and let us take that off your plate!

  • We are also offering benefit carrier reconciliation. With this service, we ensure you are being accurately billed by your carrier and take on the burden of validating the invoice detail from the carriers for medical, dental and vision plans. 

  • And those are just a few examples. We are going to be offering over 30 different services that you might be interested in going forward.
